Our Youth practices are broken out into two groups: kindergarten through 2nd grade, and 3rd grade and up.

The goal of our program is not wins and losses, but ACE - Attitude, Character, and Effort. We want our wrestlers to come with a positive Attitude, exhibit good Character, and put forth their best Effort. We know that with these three characteristics in the forefront, success will come for our wrestlers on and off the mat.

Kindergarten through second grade practice is an hour long, focused on having fun and teaching basic fundamental techniques.  While we want to teach discipline and hard work, practices are also filled with fun and games.

Our 3rd through 6th grade group is more focused on working hard and building on the fundamental techniques learned in the younger session. Practices are now an hour and a half. A much larger emphasis is placed on self-discipline, work ethic, responsibility, and accountability while still integrating fun and games.
