Practice Schedule | Wrestling Club
π Practice Structure
At our wrestling club, we donβt just build athletes β we build leaders. Our practices are split into two experience-based groups to make sure every wrestler is challenged, supported, and having fun:
π΅ Novice Group
For newer wrestlers still learning the ropes
This session is all about energy, fun, and fundamentals. Wrestlers learn the basic building blocks of the sport β stance, movement, body control, and simple techniques β in a high-energy, positive environment. We balance instruction with games and physical activity to keep it engaging, and we emphasize listening, sportsmanship, and teamwork from day one.
- Practice Duration: 1 hour
- Focus: Learning the basics, having fun, building confidence
π΄ Veteran Group
For more experienced wrestlers ready to level up
In this group, we turn up the intensity while maintaining a positive and supportive environment. Wrestlers refine their fundamentals and begin mastering advanced techniques. Expect a faster pace, higher expectations, and a strong emphasis on self-discipline, accountability, and effort β all while still enjoying the process.
- Practice Duration: 1.5 hours
- Focus: Skill progression, mental toughness, competing with purpose
π₯ What We Value: A.C.E.
We believe true success isnβt measured in wins and losses, but in how we show up every day. Our wrestlers strive to live by the A.C.E. philosophy:
- Attitude β Bring a positive mindset to practice and competition
- Character β Show respect, integrity, and leadership on and off the mat
- Effort β Give your best in every drill, match, and moment
When our wrestlers commit to A.C.E., the results take care of themselves.
